My family and I have been getting our cars worked on by Greg and his team for years, and today I stopped by to get my inspection done at their new location and was in and out in no time. The guys here are always friendly and give quality service.

I can't tell you how wonderful the people here are. A long story short in one of the vehicles that I own. It has had some issues with overheating. When I went to get it looked at in Winston-Salem they charge me $40 just to cap off my coolant. They did no work and they didn't look at any of the other products. This was not the case here; they did it for free and looked to make sure that it was there and scheduled to follow up in order to look at it. More so instead of it taking 3 weeks in order to get an appointment to get brakes done, they were able to fit me in in a very quick period of time. The fine gentleman at the front counter often says the quote. I have to see the people who come here in the grocery store and I don't want to hide from them. Sometimes you hear these things and you think that they are just blowing smoke. That is certainly not the case here. They are phenomenal individuals and I'm glad that I stumbled across them.

I took my 2022 Mazda CX-5 in for a brake job and Greg and his crew came through with flying colors. My car needed all brake pads replaced but wasn't sure if my front rotors could be turned or needed to be replaced. After speaking to Greg, he advised to replace the rotors, since turning them would run the risk of compromising the integrity of how much thinner the rotors would get. I dropped off the car around 9:30 am and picked it up around 2:30 pm. Pricing was very reasonable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Friendly, honest and meticulous, dependable work. My car's breaking feels smooth and responsive. Definitely coming back for my car's maintenance needs. 👍👍👍

Greg and his crews did an outstanding job on my car!! They are super nice and honest with their service. They just like the angels from God to serve their customers. They get the job done perfectly and with super good price. They know what they are doing, not like some other car repair shops who didn’t have the mechanical knowledge. I am extremely happy with this shop and their service. They earn my trust for life!! I highly recommend them to anyone who live around concord area. They fixed my water pump right the first time. Super great mechanic and super kind and honest business owner!! 10000 stars!!
